gathering, anniversary, family reunion or any other type event, Classic Image.ry provides total coverage for you. Event pricing as shown on this page

EVENT COVERAGE 
$360.00 (up to 4 hours, not including set-up and breakdown time)

Non-intrusive pictures of the event including group shots and portraits.  Group shots are handled swiftly so as to minimize disruption to your day. Our event coverage rate includes the following:

PRE-EVENT CONSULTATION
Pre-event consultation that allows you to discuss specific details on how your event will be remembered photographically. This consultation can take place either in person or on the phone if you desire.

PHOTOGRAPHIC COVERAGE to include event set-up, decorations, catering coverage, and commercial photography of foods, beverages and other pertinent decor of event hall/center.

HONOREES AND GUEST PHOTOGRAPHY

Portrait photography of the host and guest(s) of honor will be provided. Portrait photography for guests (attendees) of the event will be provided as time and circumstance allow, during the course of the event.

EVENT COVERAGE

Photographic coverage of actual event, including special moments, presentations, and other celebratory portions of the event. Please let us know in advance of any scheduled segments of the event that require photography so that we can be in place for such moments.

EVENT PHOTO GALLERY 

Host(s) of the event will receive an online private, password protected finished gallery on the Classic Image.ry Event & Portrait Photography gallery website from which all images from the event can be downloaded to their media device.  The online event finished (edited) gallery will be completed and ready to view and download within 72 hours from the end of the event.

EVENT BTS (BEHIND THE SCENES) VIDEO CLIPS

Host(s) of the event will receive our special behind the scenes video clips edited and presented as a part of your photo gallery.  Enjoy re-living special moments from your event and sharing those memories with all of your friends and family.

GUESTS OF THE EVENT PERSONAL PORTRAITS​

In some cases, as determined by the Event Host and/or Classic Image.ry Event Photography, Classic Image.ry's coverage will include backdrop

portrait photography of any guests that request such. Guests will be able to purchase and have their studio portrait(s) taken, after which, they will receive instructions on acquiring their pictures. 

 

All portraits and group pictures will be accessible from a singular, online event gallery on the Classic Image.ry Gallery Website. Only individuals with the gallery link will have access to and be able to download from this gallery.

 

While most guest's portraits will be available for download during the event, some guests portraits will be available for download no later than 72 hours after the end of the event, .

 

Each guest desiring pictures will be required, at photoshoot check-in, to submit their Facebook/Messenger contact information. This will allow us to send the link to their pictures directly to them. 

 

GUESTS PORTRAIT COST:

Individual/Couples (3 poses) 20.00

Group (3 or more people) Portraits: (3 poses) 10.00 per person in the group picture.

 

Portrait/Groups photo payments due at the time portraits are taken. NO EXCEPTIONS. NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Guests pay EACH time they are in a different group photo. 

Forms of payment include credit/debit card, PayPal, CashApp and Venmo.

EVENT PRINT WORK

Host may select images for prints from their event and/or portrait gallery. Consult with us on print rates.

PRICE GUARANTEE
We promise to keep the prices unchanged from those agreed upon at the time of booking. To remain competitive, we reserve the right to keep our prices under constant review, so please check when you call.

BOOKING
Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Coverage of your event is secured by the payment of a non-refundable booking fee of 30% of package cost. The remaining balance is payable in full on or before the day of the event.

*any overnight accommodations and travel outside a 25 mile radius of DeSoto, TX will incur an additional charge.
