What is this service?

This is a professional on-site portrait photography service provided by Classic Image.ry Photography for church members and families. Portrait sessions are conducted conveniently at the church, typically before and/or after services.
 

Is there any cost to the church?

No. There is no upfront cost, no financial obligation, and no risk to the church. Church members choose whether or not to participate and may purchase portraits for personal use if they wish.

How does the church benefit?

As part of the service, the church receives professional-quality images that may be used for:

• Church directories

• Internal communications

• Administrative needs

• Complmentary portrait of Senior and Associate Pastor and up to three church staff.

Additionally, this service provides a valuable benefit to members without adding work for church staff.

Is participation required for members?

No. Participation is completely optional. Members decide individually whether they would like to purchase photos.

Who handles scheduling and logistics?

Classic Image.ry Photography handles all aspects of the process, including:

• Scheduling

• Setup and breakdown

• Photography

• Image delivery to members

Minimal involvement is required from church staff.

What space is needed?

We typically require a small, visible area such as a lobby, fellowship hall, or similar space where members can participate before and/or after services. We work with church leadership to ensure the setup is appropriate and respectful of the church environment.

When are portrait sessions conducted?

Sessions are usually held before and/or after regular worship services on a designated date or dates, minimizing disruption to church activities.

 

How do members receive their portraits?

Members who choose to purchase portraits receive their images through a private online gallery, where they can view, download, and order products as applicable.

 

How are the church’s images delivered?

The church receives digital images suitable for directory and internal use, delivered in a secure and convenient format.

 

Is this service appropriate for all church sizes?

Yes. This program is suitable for:

• Small congregations

• Mid-sized churches

• Large or multi-service churches

• Multi-campus ministries

The service can be scaled to meet the needs of your congregation.

How is privacy handled?

We respect the privacy of all participants. Only members who choose to participate are photographed, and images are delivered securely. Church images are provided solely for internal church use. NOTE: Some photos may possibly be used on our official website for marketing purposes.

Does this interfere with worship services?

No. Our setup and workflow are designed to be low-impact and non-disruptive, with sessions scheduled around service times.
