WEDDING DAY COVERAGE: PACKAGE I

PRE-EVENT CONSULTATION: Pre-wedding consultation that allows you and your fiance' to discuss specific details on how your day and events leading up to that day will be remembered photographically. This consultation can take place either in person or on the phone if you desire.
FULL DAY COVERAGE: Non-intrusive pictures from the bride and grooms preparations to the arrival of the bride and groom at the wedding venue, the marriage service, group shots of family and guests to the cake cutting, speeches, and reception. Group shots are handled swiftly so as to minimize disruption to your day.

PASSWORD PROTECTED ONLINE PROOF GALLERY: Online PROOF gallery of at least 150 images (pictures) from your special day. Proofs are unfinished (unedited) pictures and cannot be downloaded.

PASSWORD PROTECTED FINISHED (EDITED) GALLERY. Online FINISHED gallery of 50 client selected finished (edited) images from your proof gallery. These images are refinished and ARE DOWNLOADABLE to your mobile devices, tablets and computer and sharable via internet.

WEDDING DAY COVERAGE: PACKAGE III: SPECIAL EVENTS AND WEDDING COVERAGE

In addition to your wedding, we will provide photography for up to two (2) pre-wedding events. ​Select up to 2 pre-wedding day events for photographic coverage. Events can include:
Bridal shower, bachelor party, pre-wedding banquet/dinner, or any other EVENT can be selected by client.

PRICE GUARANTEE
We promise to keep the prices unchanged from those agreed upon at the time of booking. To remain competitive, we reserve the right to keep our prices under constant review, so please check when you call.
BOOKING
Bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Coverage of your wedding is secured by the payment of a non-refundable booking fee of 30% of package cost. The remaining balance is payable in full on or before the day of the wedding or first event surrounding the wedding.
*any overnight accommodations and travel outside a 25 mile radius of DeSoto, TX will incur an additional charge.
**cost also includes post-wedding editing time.​

SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER
If additional photographer(s) is/are needed, there will be an additional charge
of $800.00 per additional photographer.
PROOF GALLERIES
All proofs are furnished in full quality via online gallery at Classic Image.ry Photography's Official Gallery website. Once your proofs are ready, you will receive an email that will include both the link and password to your gallery. Classic Image.ry Photography will NEVER share your password with anyone, including family members not included in the shoot and friends. From your proof gallery, you will be able to select the images that you want to purchase. Once you notify us of your selections, your images will be retouched and refinished and provided to you in a separate, finished, password protected gallery.
DEPOSIT
ALL appointments require a pre-paid non-refundable deposit. No exceptions. You MUST make a 30% of total cost, non-refundable deposit to confirm your photography session. Once you call to make your appointment, an invoice will be automatically sent to your email address. Once you have paid your deposit, your appointment will be confirmed and added on our calendar. Please understand that your appointment time and date request are not confirmed and can be given to another client unless that date and time are confirmed by your deposit.
