Let's face it. Everyone wants a professional photo session. What stops them from having one? Simply put, the cost. We understand that, and for that reason, from time to time, we offer a package that allows for that situation. 

 

Our Donation Session Package allows you to make a donation to Classic Image.ry Event & Portrait Photography as payment for your photo session. This type arrangement has allowed individuals who would not normally be able to purchase the regular package rates to enjoy a professional photo session, within a price range that they can afford.

 

Because of the uniqueness of this arrangement, and to protect Classic Image.ry Event & Portrait Photography, there are specific requirements that must be met in order for us to provide this service.

 

1. All donations must be paid for in advance, by credit or debit card. We will not have the ability to accept cash or provide change at the shoot. Your pre-paid donation, much like a deposit for a normal rate session, guarantees your photo session and confirms your time slot on the calendar. If your donation is not made prior to your session, your requested time slot can be given to another client who makes his/her donation for that same time slot. Donations, like deposits, are non-refundable. Donations will, however, be refunded if your session is cancelled by Classic Image.ry.

 

2. Providing this arrangement puts us in the position of trusting that the clients donation will be both reasonable and fair. The normal rate for the package that you are receiving is $210.00. For us to provide this package to you under the donation arrangement, we must require that all donations meet a 90.00 minimum. Although voluntary, the minimum protects Classic Image.ry Event & Portrait Photography from individuals that might attempt to take an unreasonable and unfair advantage of this special arrangement. (ie: donating 20.00 for a 200.00 package)

 

3. HOW TO MAKE YOUR DONATION: After setting up your appointment with us, Use the DONATION Button on the website to make your donation to Classic image.ry Event Photography. You do NOT have to have Paypal to make your donation. 

 

You will receive an automatic receipt for your donation that will come to your email address.

Once you have made your donation, you will receive an email informing you that your appointment is confirmed on our calendar.

NOTE: This package is NOT one of our standard, daily packages. It is only offered at specific times of the year as a promotional package. It cannot be used for wedding or event photography, maternity portraits, school photography, senior portraits or family portraits.
